The colors in this are amazing. What really amazes me is that you managed to have so many colors and shapes in there in this big jumble, and it doesn't look busy or hurt my eyes. That's hard to pull off; I think order and chaos is exactly what's going on here. It looks chaotic without being a big mess (therefore, order.) You should make the fullview a bit smaller though, I'd like to be able to see detail, but it's so big now that I have to scroll back and forth a lot. IN the thumbnail, it almost looks like there are flowers growing towards the center. I love all the texture in the bottom right hand corner. This is really beautiful, at 8 feet I really wish I could see it in real life, it must be breathtaking.
Didn't realise full view was so huge Fixed that though. I'm glad you liked it so much! I painted untill I reached chaos, a very difficult task as I kept getting chrystolographic ballence and ballence is not chaos. Once there, I used color to unify the piece, reinstilling a sence of ballance and order
Wow. Now that I can see the whole thing, I'm blown away. I love the way it appears to have depth towards the center. I wish I could pull off something like this. How long have you been painting?
I had painting I the second semester my sophmore year. I'm graduating next week, so... bout two and a half years. non stop, with realy great teachers who are quite ruthless in pushing you forwards with your work.
